- Call data: call recordings, call logs, transcripts, and caller information processed through your AI receptionist.
- Calendar data: calendar availability and appointment information accessed through Google Calendar or Calendly integrations.
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process calls and manage your AI receptionist.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar integrations on your behalf.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., call summaries, account notifications).
- Improve and develop new features for the Service.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
4. Google Calendar Data
We access your Google Calendar to check availability and create appointments on your behalf when callers request bookings through your AI receptionist. We do not share, sell, or use your calendar data for any purpose other than appointment scheduling.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings.
5. Calendly Data
We access your Calendly account to check availability and create appointments on your behalf when callers request bookings through your AI receptionist. We do not share, sell, or use your Calendly data for any purpose other than appointment scheduling.
You can disconnect the Calendly integration at any time from your Beyflo settings.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Twilio — phone number provisioning and call routing.
- Vapi — voice AI processing and call handling.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google Calendar API — calendar integration for appointment scheduling.
- Calendly API — calendar integration for appointment scheduling.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data. We encourage you to review their policies.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings and logs are retained for the duration of your subscription unless you delete them earlier.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@blueprintforfuture.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly without them.
9. Your Rights
