1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Beyflo (the "Service") operated by Blueprint for Future ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Beyflo provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. The Service answers incoming calls, captures caller information, schedules appointments, and sends follow-up communications on your behalf. The Service is available at beyflo.com.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved.
• Phone usage (minutes, phone numbers) may incur additional charges based on your plan limits and usage.

Free trials, if offered, are subject to the terms disclosed at signup. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Blueprint for Future and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (business information, call scripts, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint for Future shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint for Future, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
